4.3 Special Statement on AI Conversation Records
4.3.1 Collection and Retention: After you agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and use the AI conversation feature, we retain your conversation text, AI responses, and necessary session, message, and processing records. Retaining these records is a component of services such as conversation history, contextual continuity, and necessary security reviews, and does not depend on your separately enabling a “Share Conversation Records” option.
4.3.2 Use and Association: We use the above records for the purposes and within the necessary scope stated in this Policy. Conversation records are associated with your account and may contain personal information that you voluntarily enter. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information unrelated to your use of the service. We do not treat raw conversation records associated with your account as anonymous information.
4.3.3 Third-Party AI Processing: To generate responses and maintain contextual continuity, after your authorization takes effect, we send to third-party AI services the conversation text, selected conversation history, and necessary context required to perform the relevant functions. The categories of data, recipients, processing purposes, and authorization arrangements are described in Chapter VI of this Policy.
4.3.4 Retention Period and Other Uses: Conversation records are not deleted immediately when an individual conversation ends; their retention period and handling upon expiry are governed by Chapter V of this Policy. If we intend to use personal information for another purpose not stated in this Policy, we will separately notify you and obtain the authorization required by law. The retention of necessary service records does not mean that you consent to the use of conversations for any other purpose.
5.1 Location and Duration of Information Storage
5.1.1 Storage Location: The personal information we collect from you will be stored on servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. We commit that, without your explicit authorization and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we will not transfer your personal information abroad.

b) Ensuring the continuous provision of services to you;
c) Resolving potential disputes and protecting our legitimate rights and interests;
d) Longer storage periods authorized separately by you.
5.1.3 Expiration Handling: When the storage period of your personal information expires, or we no longer provide services to you and there are no other statutory or agreed storage reasons, we will, in accordance with Article 21 of the Regulations on Cyber Data Security Management, take security measures including but not limited to deletion, anonymization, or isolated storage to ensure that your personal information is no longer used or disclosed in any form (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations). For non-personal information formed after de-identification processing, its storage and use are not subject to the storage period restrictions in this clause.
5.2 Information Security Protection Measures
We place great importance on the security of your personal information and adopt technical and managerial measures that comply with industry standards, committed to protecting your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or damage. Specific security protection measures include but are not limited to:

5.2.6 Security Vulnerability Response: We regularly perform security vulnerability scans and assessments. In the event of or upon the possibility of a personal information leakage or other security incidents, we will immediately activate emergency response plans, take remedial measures, and report to you and relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner in accordance with laws and regulations.
5.2.7 Your Account Security: Please properly safeguard your platform account information (especially your password) and avoid disclosing it to any third party. If you discover any security risks related to your account, please notify us immediately. We will assist you in taking appropriate security measures.
Although we have implemented the above security measures, due to the complexity and dynamic nature of information technology, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. Please understand that by using the platform services, you agree to assume the corresponding risks arising from the use of the services.
When you use the AI functions in this application (such as AI dialogue, health analysis and reports, personalized recommendations), we will, upon your authorization, send the data necessary to realize such functions to third-party AI services and their processing components. We only carry out such processing on the premise that you have agreed to the user terms/privacy authorization and that the consent has taken effect; if you have not agreed or the consent has not taken effect, we will not send your personal data to the third-party AI services.
6.1 Data We Send to Third Parties
To realize AI functions, we may send the following categories of data (to the minimum necessary extent):
• User chat text (the text content you input to the AI)
• Selected conversation history (used to maintain contextual continuity)
• User context information: user_id, nickname, membership level
• AI analysis input: for example, stress/event summaries, assessment data related to analysis
• Structured content required for memory processing (used for context recall and conversation consistency)
Explanation: We do not collect additional categories of data unrelated to the AI processing purposes.
6.2 List of Third-Party Recipients
The current production deployment uses Volcengine Ark (service domain: ark.cn-beijing.volces.com) for AI conversation and analysis, internal language-model text processing, and vector-embedding capabilities. Conversation and memory-summary configurations use Doubao-series models. We send data to it only after authorization takes effect and only to the extent necessary to implement the relevant functions.
We require third-party recipients to provide data protection measures no less stringent than ours and to be contractually or platform-term bound to process data only within the agreed purposes and scope.
6.3 Processing Purposes
We send the above data to third-party AI services solely for the following purposes:
• Providing AI dialogue and content generation capabilities
• Providing health-related analysis and automatic/semi-automatic report generation
• Provide personalized recommendations (such as training/intervention suggestions)
• Enhance the contextual understanding and continuity of the current session (through memory retrieval)
• Ensure service quality and security (such as necessary troubleshooting and risk control)
6.4 User Authorization and Withdrawal
Authorization Prerequisite: Before sending personal data to third-party AI services, we will first obtain your authorization; no data will be sent without authorization.
Authorization Content: We will clearly inform you of the types of data sent, the identity of the recipient, and the purpose of processing.
Withdrawal Mechanism: The current version does not provide an in-app authorization withdrawal entry. Once authorization takes effect, it will remain valid as a prerequisite for AI functionality availability.
• 4. Impact of Withdrawal: Before we provide the capability to withdraw authorization, if you stop using the AI functionality, no new AI request data will be sent; the legality of already completed processing activities will not be affected.

7.2.2 Service Providers: To provide and optimize platform services to you, we may share your personal information with strictly screened and evaluated third-party service providers (such as cloud storage service providers, data security technology service providers, customer support service providers, etc.). We will only provide these service providers with the minimum scope of personal information necessary for them to perform their duties and strictly bind their conduct through contracts or other means.
7.2.3 Business Transfer or Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy liquidation, or other similar business transfer or restructuring, your personal information may be transferred to relevant third parties as part of the business assets. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the recipient continues to comply with the commitments and requirements regarding personal information protection in this Policy and will notify you in an appropriate manner (such as advance notice) before the transfer.
7.2.4 Based on Your Explicit Consent: Upon obtaining your explicit, specific, and separate consent, we may share your personal information with third parties designated by you according to your instructions.
7.2.5 Sharing of De-identified/Anonymized Information: We may share or publicly disclose non-personal information formed after de-identification or anonymization with third parties for legitimate purposes such as data analysis, market research, product improvement, and academic research. Such sharing and disclosure of de-identified or anonymized information are not subject to the restrictions on personal information disclosure and sharing in this chapter.

After receiving your request and completing identity verification, we will delete the personal information that meets the above conditions and inform you of the processing results. If it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will provide you with a written explanation of the specific reasons for the inability to delete and take alternative measures: de-identify such information to ensure that your identity cannot be recognized; at the same time, restrict all personnel’s access to such information and retain it only within the scope required by laws and regulations. You may inquire about the implementation of alternative measures at any time.
8.2 Authorization for AI Features and Conversation Records
Data processing when you use AI features is premised on the User Agreement and privacy authorization having taken effect.
