I. Registration
1. Yuexinshen provides user registration. Your account and password shall be kept by you; you shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted under your account.
2. When registering, the account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information must not contain illegal or inappropriate content. The identity information and other information you provide during registration, use, and management of the account must be truthful. Yuexinshen has the right to verify and authenticate your real identity based on the mobile phone number, identification number, or unified social credit code submitted in your registration information. If it is found that your registration information violates the provisions of this clause, Yuexinshen has the right to refuse to provide services and delete the account.
II. Services
1. Yuexinshen Health Technology continuously innovates to provide its users with the optimal experience. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services provided by Yuexinshen Health Technology may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Yuexinshen Health Technology reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the online services at any time (specific provisions are set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement).
2. Yuexinshen Health Technology may charge fees for certain services when providing them. Yuexinshen Health Technology will provide clear prompts regarding any chargeable services.
3. You acknowledge and agree that if Yuexinshen Health Technology disables access to your account, you may be prevented from obtaining services, your account information, or any files or other content contained in your account.
4. To ensure platform security and meet public oversight requirements, Yuexinshen Health Technology may collect the IP-address location information associated with your account (displayed at the provincial administrative region level). This information is displayed anonymously to other platform users only on your profile page and is not associated with your real name, contact details, or other core identity information. The current version does not provide an in-app privacy-settings entry for controlling the public display of this information. If you wish to inquire about or adjust such public display, you may submit a request to support@I-Heart.org. We will process the request in accordance with law after verifying your identity. Until the request has been processed, the Platform may continue to display the information as described above. The handling of such a request does not affect our processing of IP-address location information as necessary for security and risk-control purposes.
5. AI-Generated Content Label
Responses in Yunwo AI conversations are generated by artificial intelligence. At the bottom of the AI conversation interface, below the message input area, we continuously display the centered gray notice “内容由AI生成，请谨慎辨别” (“Content is generated by AI; please exercise caution”) to help you identify AI-generated content. This notice is an interface text label displayed when the current response and conversation history are shown; it is not a watermark embedded in the body of each response. The current AI conversation interface does not provide an option to disable this notice.
AI-generated content may contain errors or be incomplete. Please exercise judgment in light of the actual circumstances. If you distribute such content externally, you should proactively state that it was generated by artificial intelligence and must not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal the AI-generated content label.
III. Users’ Rights and Responsibilities
1. Upon completing the registration of your Yunwo account, you are deemed to have obtained the right to use the account, which is limited to your personal use only. You agree that Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to dynamically verify your account information during use. If any violation of laws, administrative regulations, or this Agreement is found, Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to take measures such as issuing warnings, requiring corrections within a time limit, restricting account functions, suspending use, closing the account, or prohibiting re-registration. In particularly serious cases, Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to retain relevant records and report to competent authorities such as the Cyberspace Administration. You shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom independently.
2. You shall properly safeguard your account and password. Any actions taken through your account and password shall be deemed to be your own actions, and you shall bear corresponding responsibilities and consequences. You shall not transfer or authorize others to use your Yunwo account in any form, nor shall you misuse others’ accounts. If you fail to properly safeguard your account and password, causing damage to yourself, Yuexinshen Health Technology, or third parties, you shall bear full responsibility. If you discover that your account or password has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, please immediately notify Yuexinshen Health Technology.
3. You must comply with national laws and regulations regarding internet management and internet information publication. You are responsible for the information you publish on Yunwo and shall not publish illegal information or maliciously evaluate other users. If you violate the above rules and cause corresponding legal consequences, you shall independently bear all legal responsibilities in your own name.
4. You agree to be solely responsible for any content you create, transmit, or display while using the services and for the consequences of such actions (including any losses or damages Yuexinshen Health Technology may suffer). Yuexinshen Health Technology shall not be liable to you or any third party.
5. If you believe that content uploaded by users on the Yunwo platform (including but not limited to text, images, etc.) infringes upon your legitimate rights or violates relevant laws and regulations, please report to the following contact and submit relevant proof materials as required. Yuexinshen Health Technology promises to handle your report promptly after review and verification in order to protect your legitimate rights:

V. Rights and Responsibilities of Yuexinshen Health Technology
1. Yuexinshen Health Technology is obligated to maintain the normal operation of the Yunwo platform (including mini-programs, apps, and related service modules) based on existing technology. This includes, but is not limited to, the security and stability of stress management training, AI interactive dialogue functions, and individual archival databases. The company shall continuously improve technical capabilities to optimize user experience in scenarios such as stress assessment, training, and report generation. For issues and feedback related to stress management and account registration encountered by users during registration and service use, we are obligated to respond within [1-3 working days] to ensure communication efficiency.
2. In the following circumstances, we reserve the right to retain or delete relevant information, continue or discontinue services based on actual conditions, and pursue legal liabilities accordingly. If users are found to exhibit tendencies of self-harm or suicide, we have the right to recommend seeking professional medical assistance and, when necessary, provide reasonable assistance to relevant regulatory or rescue agencies (all in compliance with data security and privacy protection regulations):
① You or a third party provide written notice to us clearly indicating that a user, behavior, or matter involves significant violations of laws, regulations, this agreement, or stress management service standards;
② You or a third party inform the platform of illegal or improper behavior. We will assess the relevant content (such as user-uploaded feedback, interaction content, etc.) based on the knowledge level of ordinary non-professionals and can clearly identify the content or behavior as illegal (e.g., dissemination of harmful information) or improper (e.g., malicious interference with AI training recommendation functions).
3. Under the premise of complying with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws, regulations, and data security standards, we have the right to review users’ registration data (such as account information) and activity data (such as training records, AI dialogue content, stress assessment results). The purpose of such review is limited to ensuring compliance of stress management services, optimizing AI recommendation accuracy, maintaining platform security, and risk investigation. If issues are found in registration or activity data (e.g., false registration) or reasonable suspicion arises (e.g., abnormal use of AI functions), we have the right to issue inquiry notices to users, request rectification within a specified period, or directly take measures such as deleting violating data or suspending services. During the review and handling process, we will strictly protect user privacy and will not misuse or disclose unnecessary information.
V. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination
1. Yuexinshen Health Technology will, as far as possible, provide advance notice when network services need to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrades.
2. In any of the following circumstances, Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue all your services:
① You violate relevant national laws, regulations, or Yunwo management rules, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
② You are detained or prosecuted by administrative or judicial authorities due to improper conduct on Yunwo;
③ You steal others’ accounts, publish prohibited information, or defraud others of property;
④ You disseminate false information or distort facts, and such conduct is verified to be true upon investigation;
⑤ Other circumstances in which Yuexin Health Technology deems it necessary to terminate the service.
Except for the situations described in the preceding paragraph, if the platform itself (excluding force majeure, technical failures, or other reasonable causes) needs to suspend or terminate part or all of the network services, Yuexin Health Technology shall notify users at least 7 working days in advance through prominent means such as platform announcements or internal messages; if this causes direct and reasonable losses to users (such as service fees already paid but not used), Yuexin Health Technology shall provide corresponding compensation. In the event of service interruption due to force majeure, system maintenance, upgrades, or other reasonable causes, users shall be notified as far in advance as possible, and services shall be restored within a reasonable period. Yuexin Health Technology shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users as a result.
3. After service changes, interruptions, or termination, Yuexin Health Technology retains the following rights:
① Yuexin Health Technology has the right to retain your registration data and previous behavioral records;
② If you engaged in illegal activities or violated the terms on Yunwo before the service changes, interruptions, or termination, Yuexin Health Technology may still exercise the rights stipulated in these service terms.
VI. Privacy Statement
1. Scope of Application
① The personal information you provide when registering with Yunwo, in accordance with the website’s requirements.
② Non-public application materials and other textual, image, and data information you upload while using Yunwo.
③ Your personal data obtained by Yuexinshen Health Technology through lawful means from other channels.
④ Other content that you consider inappropriate for public disclosure.
2. Information Confidentiality
Protecting your privacy is a fundamental policy of Yuexinshen Health Technology. Yuexinshen Health Technology guarantees not to disclose or provide your registration information and non-public content stored during your use of the network services to any third party, except in the following circumstances: with your prior explicit authorization; as required by relevant laws and regulations; in accordance with requests from relevant government authorities or judicial organs; to safeguard the interests of the public; or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Yuexinshen Health Technology.
3. Use of Information
① For the purpose of serving users, Yuexinshen Health Technology may use your personal information to provide services to you, including but not limited to sending you information about activities and services.
② You acknowledge and agree that Yuexinshen Health Technology may cooperate with third parties to provide related network services to users. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as this website for protecting user privacy, Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to provide the user’s registration information to that third party. Additionally, without disclosing individual user privacy information, Yuexinshen Health Technology has the right to analyze the entire user database and commercially utilize the user database.
VII. Limited Liability
Under no circumstances shall Yuexin Health Technology be liable for any inability to provide services or delays in service caused by network connection failures, computer, communication or other system failures, power outages, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, disturbances, insufficient productivity or means of production, fire, flood, storm, explosion, force majeure, war, government actions, orders from international or domestic courts, or third-party omissions.
VIII. Liability for Breach of Contract
You agree to protect and safeguard the interests of Yuexin Health Technology and other users. If you cause any loss to Yuexin Health Technology or any third party due to your violation of relevant laws, regulations, or Yunwo management provisions, you agree to bear full responsibility.
IX. Modification of Service Terms
1. Yuexin Health Technology reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement in accordance with updates in laws and regulations or service optimization needs. After modification, notice will be given to you through prominent means such as platform pop-ups, internal messages, or the registered email/phone number, clearly stating the content of the modification, the effective date, and the objection period (not less than 7 working days).
2. If you do not agree with the modifications to the Yunwo management provisions, you have the right to stop using the network services within the objection period; if you explicitly express disagreement within the objection period, you may apply to cancel your account. The platform will provide you with a convenient cancellation process and refund any fees you have paid but not used. If you do not raise any objection within the objection period or continue to use the platform services, it shall be deemed that you accept the modifications made by Yuexin Health Technology to the relevant terms of the service agreement.
X. Dispute Resolution
1. The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as any disputes related to this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the people’s court with jurisdiction over the defendant’s domicile, the place of contract performance, or your domicile shall be the court of first instance.
2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision may be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue to have legal effect.
XI. Notice Delivery
1. All notices from Yuexinshen Health Technology to you under this Agreement may be delivered via webpage announcements, emails, SMS, WeChat messages, or conventional mail; such notices shall be deemed delivered to you on the date of sending.
2. Any notices from you to Yuexinshen Health Technology shall be delivered through the contact information officially published by Yuexinshen Health Technology, including communication addresses, fax numbers, and email addresses.
XII. Terms for Minor Users
1. Minors under the age of 14 must read this Agreement accompanied by their guardians and obtain explicit consent from their guardians before using the platform services; minors under the age of 18 must obtain prior consent from their guardians before using paid services or submitting sensitive personal information.
2. The platform only provides services appropriate to the age and cognitive ability of minors and does not provide content or services that may harm the physical or mental health of minors.
3. Guardians of minors have the right to review, correct, or delete the personal information submitted by minors on the platform, or request the platform to terminate services provided to minors. The platform will actively cooperate and provide convenient operational procedures.
XIII. Other Provisions
1. These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between you and Yuexinshen Health Technology regarding the matters stipulated in the Terms of Service and other related issues, and do not grant any other rights to either party beyond those specified herein.
2. If any provision of these Terms of Service is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
3. The headings in these Terms of Service are provided for convenience only and shall be disregarded in the interpretation of these Terms.
